  1. @delmago1 Jees, get over the fact you know your wrong, ok maybe Gerrard wasnt as shit as the others but he was still shit all the same. I am glad that Lampard and Terry are out of this squad though even if its only through injury. xxx

Ask any footballer, manager, England fan or pundit and they will mention Rooney, Barry, Lampard, Terry defence for having bad WC or even Capello with his scared team selection… not one of them will mention Gerrard, the only thing people say about Gerrard – ‘one of the few players with any credibility from a dismal world cup, acutally did well out of position’, so i take it you’re still right? Haha jog on you nobhead.

  3. @cyaninternetdog
hmmmm Gerrard playing LM for 3 games CM for one, out of his natural poition in 3 games and still managed 1 goal, 1 assist, so tecniqually our best player, also i happen to think tha he did a decent job- out of position so Defoe or Lampard can play, i suggest you learn something about Football or just fuck off you pathetic waste of space.

  4. @cyaninternetdog
You fucking moron Gerrard was our best player in SA out of position, 1 goal 1 assist wtf did anyone else do? Fucing noob

  5. @cyaninternetdog
Still, he was one of England’s only players that weren’t huge dissappointments.

  6. what i cant believe is why capello played gerrard out of poisition he’s englands best player and he plays him left mid gerrard should be playing attacking midfield behind the main striker by far his best position may have been a different world cup for england if they had their best player in his best position.

  7. Gerrard.. grab this england team by the scruff of their necks and get them playing again!
    STEVE GERRARRD GERRARD!

  8. @melaantaa i think you are in a dream, Lampard doesn’t arrive at him to the ankle !

  9. Steven Gerrard is really amazing. He is a great goal scorer.
England´s team is a great team with good players.

  10. @cyaninternetdog here here. After we failed to qualify for euro 2008 I stayed behind England when Capello came in. Even when all my mates around me slaughtered them, I stayed optimistic. And for what? What has my support been rewarded by? All I wanted was for England to play well in SA. Im not saying I expected us to win it, but just play well! Its alright for players to come out and say “no excuses” but thats just not good enough for me now.

  11. we shouldnt bother entering competitions, we should just play friendlies all the time they bring us a lot more joy 🙂

  12. Rooney was a disgrace lstnight, the sarcastic waving to fans when he was getting booed. someone needs to knock him of his perch. just doesnt deliver for england anymore.

  13. @delmago1 im not a premier league supporting mong. england need to earn my support back after this summers disgrace, another dull comment from another happy clapper.
